For our headquarters in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for a dedicated employee as a right-hand man for our management.

As an assistant to the management, you will make our managing directors’ day-to-day work easier in every respect. With your quick comprehension and your structured way of working, no day in our rapidly expanding company will be too stressful for you.

You are aware of all processes, procedures and plans in the company and ensure that our projects run according to plan. In addition, you act as a communication talent between managing directors, customers and partners.


  • You have completed a commercial education, ideally in office management or in the hotel industry
  • You have a positive and outgoing personality
  • A sense of responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you
  • You are well-versed in MS Office and have some experience with Smartsheet
  • Stress resistance and problem-solving skills round off your profile
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
