WHAT YOU DO WITH US:
- You are the contact person for around 100 employees for everything to do with contracts and accounting,
- General assistance tasks and preliminary work for HR managers
- Support in the recruiting process
- Participation in performance-based payment systems
- Further development of employee benefits
- Support of the digitization process relating to personnel matters
- Preliminary payroll accounting
YOUR STRENGTHS:
- Commercial training with personnel-related content, or education with appropriate further training in human resources processing, or a completed degree in human resources.
- German and English skills, spoken and written.
- Independent work and stress resistance.
- Experience in dealing with gastromatic desirable.
- A positive and open-minded personality.
