Job Description

For our headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for a responsible and dedicated employee for the position Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards in all our restaurants.

You will bring your expertise around hygiene and HACC protocols and be the interface between our Store Managers and our COO.

Together with the management, you evaluate KPI’s and develop strategies to achieve targets.

You analyze the operation processes and optimize them with regard to your feasible growth in Germany and worldwide.


  • You have already gained experience in a similar position
  • You have completed vocational training in system catering or have equivalent professional experience
  • Independent thinking and working are a matter of course for you – after your extensive training you know yourself what to do
  • Commitment and reliability round off your profile – you know when and where you are needed
  • You have an analytical way of thinking – it’s easy for you to get to grips with new processes
  • You are flexible in terms of time and enjoy going the extra mile to be a real asset to our team
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
