WHAT YOU DO WITH US:

  • As a manager in our production kitchen, you will monitor and support all production processes and production results. You are the contact person for the employees and act as an interface between the management and the department managers.
  • You are well prepared for inspections by the health department
  • You ensure compliance with all documentation and HACCP guidelines
  • You feel responsible for the products and the production facility, every product meets our high-quality standards at all times
  • You optimize the processes taking into account the merchandise management and personnel planning
  • You support the department managers in the correct recording of all production events and incoming and outgoing goods

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • German and English language skills in word (and writing).
  • You set yourself the highest standards for your work
  • You already have experience in food production
  • You have a positive and open-minded personality with good communication skills
  • A sense of responsibility and reliability are a matter of course for you
  • Stress resistance and problem-solving skills complete your profile
  • A completed apprenticeship as a cook or butcher or a completed degree with qualification in food production
