Job Description

We are looking for a committed recruiter for our headquarters in Berlin-Tempelhof.

In this position you will be responsible for our applicant management. You will post and monitor vacancies on various job portals and on social media. You will coordinate interviews and the subsequent recruitment process.

Your tasks will also include preparing and following up our onboarding process and issuing and creating employment contracts.

You will be available as a contact person for new applicants by telephone and e-mail.

With your commitment to acquiring qualified employees, you will make a fundamental contribution to the continued success of our company.


  • You have completed vocational training
  • You have already gained experience as a recruiter (preferably in-house)
  • You have a positive and open-minded personality
  • Stress resistance and problem-solving skills round off your profile
  • Experience with active sourcing on various job platforms is an advantage
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
