Job Description

Across Germany, we are looking for responsible and committed employees, for the branch management of our restaurants with immediate effect.

You manage the restaurant as if it were your own and ensure compliance with Burgermeister’s high safety, hygiene and quality standards.

You recognize the strengths of your team and promote them.

You act as an interface between the head office and the restaurant staff and participate in regular and restaurant-wide meetings.

You ensure that the condition of your store and the service in the restaurant meets Burgermeister guidelines at all times.


  • Initial experience in a similar position (preferably in system gastronomy)
  • The ability to convince and motivate people
  • Strong team spirit and a high degree of service orientation
  • A positive charisma and a friendly demeanor
  • A high degree of responsibility and reliability
  • Very good communication skills in English – good German skills are a plus
